Klaus Nyborg

Chairman of the Advisory Board
Klaus is Cand Merc. Jur. and HD from CBS in 1990. Claus started his shipping career in AP Møller-Maersk in 1990 and is today Chairman of the shipping company Norden, Chairman of United Shipping & Trading A/S, Member of the Board of Directors of DFDS A/S and others.

Ahmed Dualeh

Board Member
Ahmed Dualeh grew up in Africa and Italy and came to Denmark in 1967 to pursue a career at sea. Dualeh worked for the AP Møller-Maersk fleet for several years and later as a Captain in the Aalborg Portland fleet. Over the years, Dualeh successfully established different businesses in Denmark as well as in Africa. Since 2001 Dualeh has started several projects in Africa, focusing on agriculture, fisheries, orphanage homes, schools and hospitals.

Torben Bager

Board Member
Torben is M Sc Economics from CBS and AMP from Insead and has worked for 18 years with Danish Shipowner Torm where he finished as Senior VP, Treasury. Later Torben worked almost 8 years as CFO for the Danish Shipping company Hafnia Management being one of the founding partners. During his 26 years in shipping Torben has been involved on all levels in project- and acquisition financing. In 2018 Torben joined Hafnia-Energy.
